At shoplfa.com (Luxury Fashion Accessories) our priority concern is the satisfaction of our clients. Your delight is our first and foremost goal. We will do everything to give you the best shopping experience you have had. We want you to get what you pay for and to that end we allow for no shortfalls or inconsistencies. Your product will be precisely what you see and read of at our website and any discrepancies in the same shall be remedied by us as swiftly as possible. We work closely to provide you with the most accurate information.

Whenever a customer places an order, the order is directly sent across Head office and they fulfill the same. We here at Shoplfa.com facilitate the entire process to make your experience as pleasant as possible. We have an exchange policy on all our products ,if the case be of a manufacturing defect with the product or wrong product delivered, however for all other cases- we have a 10 day exchange policy on full priced items but there is no exchange/return applicable on final sale items (Items on sale/Discount considered to be final sale items).

If you wish to return a product, contact us However, there are certain criteria that need to be followed in order to facilitate the return. These are:

  1. Return must be made within the designated period of return (10 Days).
  2. Product must not be damaged. Damage resulting due to improper shipping and handling will not be accepted here
  3. The particular brand packaging i.e. the box in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product
  4. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, we will bear the cost of return shipping. In that case you can return the product. For all other reasons, return shipping applicable will borne by the customer.
  5. All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place
  6. All items are in the original condition and are never used.
  7. Earrings & Personal care items such as cosmetics or Sheen are not eligible.
  8. In case of failing to accomplish our statement (Product Description & quality), we promise to return.
  9. Items valued more than 10,000 rupees can not return.
  10. Custom MADE Products can not be return.
  11. All goods will be inspected on return
  12. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  13. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your luxury purchase. If failing to do so, due to any condition you can get your product exchanged for another. However there are certain criteria that need to be followed in order to facilitate the exchange. These are:

  1. Request for exchange must be made within the exchange period (10 Days) designated for the particular product.
  2. Product should be unused, unworn and undamaged in any way.
  3. The particular brand packaging i.e. the box in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product
  4. All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place
  5. Any price adjustment is expected to be accepted at your end with the shipping of the new requested product.
  6. Items valued more than 10,000 rupees can only be exchanged.
  7. Custom MADE Products can not be Exchange & return.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order is placed with shoplfa.com, it is immediately forwarded to the HEADOFFICE. So it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed on Shoplfa.com. We make sure that our customers do not face any circumstances where in the order cancellation is required. However still, in case of an unfortunate circumstance like manufacturing error or Wrong product delivered, you can contact our customer care executives at support@shoplfa.com or you can chat with our executive.

Key guidelines to keep in mind

The package must be sealed appropriately (From Customer Side in return & exchange of a product) to ensure the safety of the product while in transit. The address label on the package must be affixed properly. LFA will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit (From Customer Side in return & exchange of a product) due to inappropriate packaging .

Special Note

If any customer is found to be abusing , then LFA holds the right to not accept any returns / exchanges from such customers.
